If treatment is appropriate, you may enroll in the STATE100 Weight Management Subscription

Once your consultation is complete and treatment is approved, ongoing care transitions to the monthly subscription. Initial consultation fee is  $249 (one-time) | Monthly subscription fees starting at $250 per month.

Your subscription includes prescribed GLP-1 or GIP medication (if clinically appropriate), ongoing medical oversight by a licensed provider, monthly access to your provider, dose adjustments and treatment plan updates, and secure messaging through our HIPAA-compliant platform.

Check-ins are scheduled when clinically indicated—typically during dose adjustments, side effect management, or when you have questions or concerns

Most patients schedule a 15-minute check-in every 4–6 weeks, with additional support available between visits through our secure messaging platform. You're never left without support. If you need to speak with your provider, you can request a check-in at any time through the platform.
